Most local bird species only make their home in Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge during the spring, summer and fall. Only a few hardy species call our area their year-round home. Join local ornithologist Casey Rucker as we celebrate these birds, plus try to spot any winter visitors, on an easy walk on snowshoes or foot, weather depending.
