Volunteer Spruce Planting at the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge

On september  17th the refuge is inviting volunteers to come out and help plant red spruce seedlings. Meet at the refuge office at 9AM. Learn why we are restoring red spruce in our forest and then help us plant trees. Come dressed up for the weather, wear sturdy shoes or boots and bring water.
